Main Course

·        In-House Fresh Pasta – choose 1 Sauce from the following:

Ø Rosé  - Cream Tomato Sauce

Ø Carbonara – White Wine Garlic Cream Sauce

Ø Bolognese – Zesty Red Meat Sauce with Pork & Beef

·        Entrées  – choose 2 from the following:

Ø Roasted Garlic & Pepper Chicken – Roasted chicken breast, with garlic & pepper seasoning

Ø Monterey Chicken – grilled with a honey-BBQ sauce, topped with prosciutto, cheese, onions & tomatoes

Ø Cedar Plank Salmon – baked in our stone-fired oven and served with a brown sugar glaze

Ø Slow Roasted Eye of Round – marinated & slow roasted & cooked to medium-rare
